High-Temperature Calcium Silicate Board 

High-temperature calcium silicate board SHCS230 is a lightweight, high-strength insulation material made from inorganic mineral fibers, calcium hydroxide, quartz sand, and other raw materials. It is manufactured through pulping and forming processes, followed by accelerated curing under high-pressure saturated steam.

 

As an upgraded version of conventional calcium silicate board, it offers higher mechanical strength, lower thermal conductivity, superior heat resistance, and longer service life. It is widely used as an insulation lining material for industrial furnaces and boilers.

 

The finished board is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1050°C, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, superior thermal insulation, high mechanical strength, and outstanding fireproof performance. It is widely used across industrial, construction, and agricultural applications.
