Fujian Yong'an Jianfu Cement Energy saving and Consumption reducing System Renovation Application instructions for nano insulation board

Fujian Yong'an Jianfu Cement Co., Ltd.'s 5000t/d cement clinker production line was constructed and put into operation in 2012. Currently, the average daily clinker output of this line is about 5500t/d, with standard coal consumption around 107kg per ton of clinker.


SH950 Application Case

During the renovation of the cement production line of Enshi Tenglong Cement Co., Ltd., in order to achieve the effects of energy saving and capacity expansion of the decomposing furnace, the furnace was insulated with 40mm-thick Sanhe SH950 nano-boards. The average surface temperature of the decomposing furnace was measured at 66℃ in May 2022.


Nano board installed in 5000t/d cement preheater

The daily average clinker production is around 5500t/d, and the standard coal consumption is around 107kg/t.cl.
