1. Product Overview
Sanhe's core product, the low-dimensional Nano Insulation Board — also known as Microporous Insulation Board — is engineered using advanced nano-microporous technology. Selected low-thermal-conductivity inorganic refractory nano-powders are processed through a patented dry-forming process to create a uniform, dense, low-dimensional nano-microporous structure with a pore diameter below 100 nanometers.
This unique pore structure restricts the free movement of air molecules, significantly suppressing gaseous heat conduction. Specialized functional additives further block infrared thermal radiation. As a result, the nano insulation board blocks heat transfer across all three mechanisms — conduction, convection, and radiation — delivering insulation performance far beyond conventional refractory materials.
The product is an ideal replacement for traditional insulation materials such as calcium silicate boards, ceramic fiber blankets/boards, and rock wool. Under high-temperature conditions, it delivers up to 4–5 times better thermal insulation performance, allowing customers to reduce construction thickness, lower installation cost, and achieve a faster return on investment.

POF heat-shrink film — standard for SH400 and SH550.

Aluminum foil or vacuum-packed aluminum foil — standard for SH1150.
For export shipments, encapsulated boards are further protected with carton or wooden-case outer packaging suitable for sea and air freight, as confirmed in completed export project documentation.
