Introduction 


Vermiculite board is a lightweight, 100% inorganic insulation panel made from high-purity expanded vermiculite combined with inorganic binders, formed through cold-pressing and drying/curing processes. The unique flake-like, layered micro-structure of expanded vermiculite gives the board excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance — making it especially effective in resisting fluoride gas and cryolite-alumina molten salt attack inside aluminum reduction cells.

 

 

Our vermiculite board series ranges from 450 to 1200 kg/m³ in density, with thickness from 15 to 120 mm, length up to 1200 mm, and width up to 1000 mm — all customizable per drawing or project specification.

Packaging


Vermiculite boards are stacked on wooden pallets and securely wrapped in heavy-duty carton casing with protective film, then reinforced with packing straps to ensure stability during handling and transport. Each pallet is clearly labeled with the product name, specification, and quantity, along with international handling symbols (this side up, keep dry, fragile, handle with care) to guarantee safe transit across sea and land freight.

Standard packaging is suitable for both 20' and 40' container shipment. Custom packaging — including moisture-proof film, wooden crates, or project-specific labeling — is available upon request for fragile or special-shaped products.
