Nano board installed in 5000t/d cement preheater

The digital, intelligent and green factory technical renovation project (5000t/d cement clinker production line) of Weidun Cement Group Co., Ltd. was designed by Nanjing Cement Design Institute and put into operation after ignition in June 2023.
The lining insulation of the new production line adopts the combined structure of SH400 nano-board and calcium silicate board. Two months after commissioning, at noon on August 8, 2023 (ambient temperature: 34℃), Luoyang Sanhe and Weidun Cement jointly tested the shell temperature of the firing system. The test results are as follows:
