Sanhe’s core product, the low-dimensional nano insulation board,also named Microporous Insulation Board , is an ideal alternative to traditional insulation materials such as calcium silicate boards and ceramic fiber blankets. Under high-temperature conditions, it delivers nearly five times better thermal insulation performance, significantly reducing construction costs for customers. Technical Principle & Performance Advantages

The low-dimensional nano insulation board adopts advanced nano-microporous technology. By constructing a unique low-dimensional nanostructure, it effectively suppresses all three modes of heat transfer: conduction, convection, and radiation.

 

Its internal nano-scale pore structure (<100 nm) restricts the free movement of air molecules, significantly reducing gaseous thermal conductivity. At the same time, through the addition of specialized components and a blended compression molding process, the nano insulation board effectively blocks infrared thermal radiation, achieving comprehensive thermal resistance.
