In 2025, we introduced our latest generation of microporous thermal insulation pads, specifically engineered for electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems. With global safety regulations becoming increasingly stringent—such as China GB 38031-2025, EU UN GTR 20, and U.S. FMVSS 305—thermal runaway protection is now a mandatory requirement.
Our proprietary low-dimensional nano insulation technology is optimized for cell-to-cell and module-level thermal barriers. Compared to conventional microporous insulation boards, our pads are significantly thinner (typically 2–5 mm) while maintaining superior fire resistance and thermal performance.
Thanks to their high temperature resistance, our microporous insulation pads can effectively replace traditional fiber papers and aerogel pads in demanding battery applications.
