Vermiculite is a naturally occurring hydrated magnesium-aluminum silicate mineral with a layered structure. When expanded at high temperatures, it forms a porous, honeycomb-like structure with excellent thermal insulation properties and chemical stability.

 

Our vermiculite product line is manufactured using high-quality expanded vermiculite as the core material, combined with advanced inorganic binding technology and precision molding processes to produce high-performance insulation materials.

 

The SHVB1350 series corrosion-resistant vermiculite boards are specifically engineered for highly corrosive environments such as aluminum smelting and chemical processing industries. Through a specially optimized formulation, these boards offer enhanced resistance to chemical attack, effectively solving common industry challenges such as compression deformation and electrolyte gas corrosion in aluminum electrolysis cell insulation systems.
