Upon arriving at the production base, the delegation entered the workshop for lithium-battery thermal insulation pads and observed the commissioning of two dedicated production lines with an annual capacity of 100,000 pieces. Tian Dongxing explained the core manufacturing process, the principles of nano-microporous insulation technology, and the product’s applications in power-battery safety protection. He also introduced the company’s dual-track strategy, extending from conventional industrial insulation materials into thermal-protection materials for the new-energy sector.

The CPPCC members examined the automated equipment and finished samples and discussed key topics including thermal-insulation performance, market compatibility and industry-standard development. They showed strong interest in the company’s forward-looking strategy of entering the new-energy safety market through proprietary technologies and capturing opportunities created by the development of new quality productive forces.

2. In-Depth Briefing Showcases the Company’s Innovation Strength
During the visit, Tian Dongxing delivered a systematic presentation covering the company’s history, technological innovation, production capacity and future plans.
Luoyang Sanhe has specialized in energy-saving insulation materials for more than four decades. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative Enterprise in Henan Province. Working with Zhengzhou University, the company has developed core technologies for low-dimensional nano-insulation materials, with related achievements assessed as internationally advanced. It holds more than 30 proprietary patents, has led or participated in the preparation of multiple national and industry standards, and has received honors including the First Prize of the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the China Invention and Entrepreneurship Award.

The company currently operates seven automated production lines for nano-insulation materials and has built a highly automated smart factory with an annual capacity of 90,000 tonnes of nano-microporous insulation panels. Its conventional industrial insulation products serve more than 700 enterprises across China, and its market share in the cement industry exceeds 50%. In the new-energy sector, the production line for lithium-battery thermal insulation pads has entered the mass-production commissioning stage. The company is also participating in the preparation of the 2026 revision of the national standard for the thermal-protection performance of insulation pads, further strengthening its technical influence in the industry. In the first half of 2026, the company recorded steady growth in output value, revenue and net profit, achieving coordinated growth across its traditional energy-saving materials and new-energy materials businesses.
Tian Dongxing noted that the company’s continued investment in R&D and expansion projects has benefited from the long-term support of the district Party committee, district government and CPPCC. A strong business environment and regular government–enterprise communication channels have provided solid support for technology development, project implementation and talent recruitment.
3. Government–Enterprise Collaboration Supports Industrial Upgrading
During the inspection, Liu Hongbo recognized the progress made by Luoyang Sanhe as a local private technology enterprise. He noted that specialized and innovative private companies are important drivers of new quality productive forces. Nano-insulation and lithium-battery thermal-protection materials are key supporting products for green energy efficiency and the new-energy sector, closely aligned with Yanshi District’s industrial transformation and upgrading priorities and offering strong growth potential.
Liu emphasized that the district CPPCC will continue to serve as a bridge between government and enterprises. It will conduct regular visits to private companies, accurately identify their development needs, and coordinate relevant departments to provide targeted support in policy implementation, university–industry collaboration, supply-chain development and market expansion. He also encouraged the company to remain focused on innovation, increase R&D investment in new-energy insulation materials, accelerate the commercialization of new products, extend the industrial chain through core technologies, and build a benchmark enterprise in its specialized field, contributing to the high-quality development of Yanshi’s manufacturing sector.

4. Advancing Innovation to Build a Benchmark Insulation-Materials Enterprise
The visit by the district CPPCC delegation represented recognition of Luoyang Sanhe’s innovation achievements and provided renewed confidence and momentum for the company’s next stage of development.
Going forward, Luoyang Sanhe will continue to follow its development philosophy of “empowering green energy efficiency through technological innovation.” The company will deepen university–industry research collaboration, further upgrade its core nano-insulation technologies, accelerate the full-scale production of lithium-battery thermal insulation pads, expand its presence in the new-energy thermal-protection market, and improve its intelligent and digital manufacturing systems. Through high-standard, high-performance advanced materials, the company will continue to develop both industrial energy-efficiency and new-energy safety applications.
